"Cooking is a passion," says Chef Peter, who began his cooking apprenticeship in 1972 in Offenbach, Germany, culminating in his  "Meisterschaft" (master craftsman) chef's diploma in Frankfurt in 1988. Cooking and fine dining truly is a lifetime passion for the Gruenewalds,  which is why every dish and every ingredient at  Greenwood's is handpicked and made fresh daily.
